wow check out this cool font! if you click anywhere on this text it will take you to Pyzam.com a very cool website. but anyways back to what i was going to say.... errrreeerrruuummmmm uhhhh... oh yeah cross country! well as some of you guys know i am running cross country and it is extremely tireing and very boring sometimes. but this year looks like we are going to have a good year! (i hope) well did you guys know that in high school cross you have to run a 5 K which is 3.1 miles! ahhhhh. but also in high school we go to a camp up in traverse city with there cross country kids. that is where me uncle dan coachs cross country. so well yeah. ........ ... ... ........ .......... keegan!

dont u have 2 run a lot? i did a 5k, but thats it. how much do u have to run in cc?
2 miles in da race
but traing is 3 to 4 miles
i would do cc but then I would be hot sweaty miserable and would make the team loose everytime
